I am a hobby artist who enjoys improving my skills and making art. I've been drawing for several years and am still trying to find my style. I offer reasonably priced commissions on Ko-fi if you're interested!!!

Terms

  • 1) General Terms:

  • - All drawings will include a signature or mark to signify it was drawn by me. This mark may NOT be removed.

  • - If you post your commissioned piece somewhere, you must credit me and link back to my Ko-fi, Deviantart, or one of my relevant socials.

  • - Prices are subject to change at any time -- this does not apply to already existing and paid orders.

  • - I have the right to reject any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

  • - Please do not post any of my art on other platforms without proper credit.

  • - Please do not use my art for commercial purposes.

  • - Please do not sell my art for any reason.

  • - Please do not use my art for NFT's.

  • 2) Payment:

  • - Commissions must be paid 100% upfront.

  • - Payments are only accepted through Ko-Fi.

  • - If you do not like how a project is turning out before I begin coloring and renering, let me know and I can go a new direction or I can give you a partial or full refund depending on how far along in the process I am.

  • - There will be NO REFUNDS once I am in the coloring & rendering stages of your commission.

  • 3) Process & Delivery:

  • - The time it takes to finish your commission may vary anywhere from 1-8 weeks. I have a full time job and other responsibilities that take priority over commissions. If I think it's going to be longer than 8 weeks, I'll reach out and we can discuss options from there such as a full or partial refund.

  • - Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image through the method of contact you gave me when purchasing a commission on Ko-fi.

  • 4) Copyright & Usage Policy

  • - I, Dani (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore, I retain the right to use any of my works to:

  • - Promote myself everywhere

  • - Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)

  • - Display or post it anywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

  • - Produce and sell products using the piece (I do not apply this role to any original characters that I am commissioned to draw-- they're your brain babies, I won't be using them for selling physical products. with the exceptions of artbooks or other educational publications)
